Prices & Markets test 1 was good though.. The rest.. not good. Gearing up for P & M test 2 and Business Stats test which is next week. Hopefully i can score well.

Anyway i just sent my graphics card for RMA. So this means i won't be able to play games which is good cos i need to revise for my tests! No more distractions.

This is a crucial semester. Hope everything goes well. As usual, I'll be praying hard that I'll make through this sem.....

I'll be out of job again next week. What can i do for the remaining 2 weeks plus?? Sigh.. I need more money to save up for schooling days. I wish i've got a money printing machine.

I'm in the midst of revising for my semestral exams which starts next monday and ends next saturday. I'm starting to feel worried as i've wasted much of my study week slacking.

Anyway, i've managed to pass all my mid-term tests. Amen to that. Hopefully i'll be able to handle the exams. Aiming for a at least 1 or 2 High Distinctions. So i've got to score exceptionally well for the exams.

Exams aside, i'm looking forward to my big day on the 20th of November. I'm gonna take my IPPT. Hopefully i'll get my Silver award and the 200 bucks.

In the mean time, i hope i can secure a temp job soon. Been seeing red financially for the past 3 months. It's time to recoup my losses.

Money Woes

Next friday will be my last day at TAFEP after spending 5 and a half months there. Then i'm heading back to school again. Being a student again means that i'll gonna be facing some financial woes because i gotta take care of my daily expenses, my utility bills, my dental fees... etc.. while being a student aka being unemployed.

Fortunately, my time table is pretty slack, thus it permits me to work part time. Now the problem is to find a nice part time job that suits me in the terms of jobscope and location. Currently i plan to work at F.I.S.H as a kitchen helper. The pay isn't much but it's very close to my house. So, tentatively i shall stick to that plan unless i find something better. I didnt' have to worry about money at all during my polytechnic days. But how times have change. As we get older, we'll get more financial responsibilities. Growing up sucks.

Being a Christian, we're always taught to have faith in God and entrust our problems to Him. But i can't help worrying......

I'm Going To Australia Part 2

Exactly 1 year ago, i blogged the same stuff.. Well, i'm going to Australia again for Exercise W******. Probably gonna stay at the same place again. This time i will be going there as an admin driver. Sound pretty slack... Just drive an officer (or someone else) in a Land Rover all over the training area. Pray for ZERO accidents of any sorts.

Went to change for some aussie currency yesterday. I was a bit shocked at how strong the AUD is. Last year, i managed to change 300 SGD for about 270 AUD with some spare change. Yesterday i changed 300 SGD as well, but i only got 230 SGD and no change! What a vast difference. I feel so poor now.. Damn! Strong Aussie Dollar = Good for them, bad for us. :(

Departing tommorrow morning. Grrrrr 6 hours flight in economy class :( Will be back after 3 plus weeks.

Oh yes and 1 more thing, 54 days to ORD!!!!!

73 days more to ORD and counting. Minus away 4 weeks in Australia and about 1 month worth of off day,leave and weekends, my days in camp are numbered.

It's almost time for me to buy a new DIY computer as my current rig is more than 5 years old and i'm going to do a progressive overhaul of my entire system. 1st to change is the CPU! I'll be going for a AMD Phenom II based system with 8GB DDR3 RAM (2 x 4GB), Nvidia GeForce 300 series graphics card, 2 Terabytes of harddisk space... Then I'll get the Creative Gigaworks T40 series II 2.0 speakers... Microsoft X6 keyboard, Razer Diamondback mouse... a HD monitor.. I'll be able to catch up with gaming.. :)

I can't wait!!!!!

This week's Army Open House. Did my shift for yesterday. Mindless driving around PLC area with visitors snapping pictures of us. Managed to rest at home for today. Well, have leave soon cos it's freaking PLC.. Gotta take a train to Boon Lay and take another 15 mins bus ride to the camp itself.

Well i guess i won't be home on my other rest days since it's so tedious to travel so far. Gotta find someone to hang around..

AOH ends on monday and i shall book out after returning to camp.. Another Off on tues..

That's about it. A small update.

The Beginning of Pain

Went to Alexandra Hospital this morning to begin my "pre Braces" procedure. It was a 5 minute affair. 8 rubber band teeth seperators inserted in between my molars. 2 hours on, i'm starting to feel the sore. Argh.. it's so uncomfortable. The feeling is like having food stuck in between the teeth perpetually. Worst of all, i got no MC! Quite dissappointed as i was told during my dental consultant (some weeks ago) that i'll get 3 weeks of MC. But i ended up getting none! That means i'll have to book in to camp tonight.. Another week in camp!

Anyway, the Army Half Marathon's over. That marks the end of having weekends burnt. I can finally hit the gym again this Saturday.

Another 116 days to ORD. I guess i can finally do a forecast of things to come till i ORD. For the rest of August, it'll be weapon/stores cleaning for Ex Wallaby (hate this!), SOC tests, Army Open House rehearsals, Skid Pan driving plus Monday offs.

In September, we'll be having the Army Open House (3rd - 7th Sept) at SISPEC, Ex Seahawk, Combat Shoot/Section Live Firing part deux.

In October, nothing much except preparation for Ex. Wallaby and the main exercise itself which is from 19th Oct to 8th Nov.

November we'll be clearing our annual leave and offs. For half the company, they'll ORD. I'll be on holiday till about 1-2 weeks before ORD.

Finally, in December, nothing much i guess.. Just administrative stuff and clearance for ORD.. 11th December, i shall collect my beloved pink coloured IC back.... ORD Lo!

And the rest of 2009 and 2010 shall be blogged about in due time...

Post Sickness

Was down with fever last last Saturday right after the 7 SIB Change of Command parade. Soon, the cough + flu caught up with me. Visited CGH twice and was given MC all the way till last Friday. Had to go back to camp on Friday cos i had guard duty on Saturday.

Damn. Absolutely hate to be sick especially fever. Makes me lose weight as well as my physical fitness. Hate the "weak" feeling after recovery from fever.

Haven't gone to gym for a few weeks thanks to the Asian Youth Games using TP as a venue. Will be back this Saturday. Weeee! Time to get back in shape again.

For now, i'll just enjoy my leave/off at home till Wednesday night when i have to book in for guard duty again. I fucking hate guard duties. Waste of time and energy..

Some news to cheer myself up. 143 days more to freedom. Guard duties??? NO TIME! ORD Lo!

CSB and More..

I'm currently going through CSB (combat skills badge) course which is suspended indefinitely due to some resource issues. So far, i've learnt quite a lot of weapons which includes the M203 grenade launcher,the Ultimax 100, Matador, Claymore, Trip Flare, Bangalore Torpedo plus some signals equipment. That's the easy part. I've yet to clear the physical part (10km run with timing, 16, 24, 32km route march with river crossing plus live firing after that). I hope this CSB thingy will get suspended till i ORD.. hahaa. And what will i get after going through all these shit? Just tiny badge that's sewn onto the uniform. Well, my Platoon Commander said it's be very wonderful feeling to receive the badge.. We shall see...

Anyway i'll be going to Australia for exercise again.. in a bid to clock enough mileage to be able to convert my Class 3 military to Class 3 Civilian license... No missions! wooohooo.. sounds pretty simple.. Just drive and stay clear of accidents.

Tranformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen is out today.. Gonna catch it on friday. Can't wait.

Got Guards Silver for my IPPT.. wooooo.. Ran like hell for the 2.4km run.

Damn gotta book in later even i've just booked out.

Anyway Barcelona won the UEFA Champions League.. Kudos to them.. The better team won. Congratulation to Thierry Henry on winning his 1st ever Champions League champions medal after missing out on a few occasions.

As for Man Utd, defeats are inevitable... Try again next season lor. hahaha

Perhaps Pep Guardiola can challenge Jose Mourinho for the title of the "Undisputed Special One".

Ain't Much But Long Post!

Yet another night's out spent at home. Started off the week by doing 24 hours Sentry duty. Super boring I'm supposed to like stand for 2 hours, then rest for 2 hours (that's for day shift though). Fortunately got to know this nice MP who was from Polytechnic too. Chatting with people really does make time pass quicker.

Anyway this week's gonna be a long week cos my weekends will be burnt due to Advance Driving Course. And that also means that I'm going to miss my birthday (and my mom's) which falls on this Sunday. Good thing is the OC gave us Monday and Tuesday off.. so that's not really too bad.. At least i'll still book out on my B'day night.. Was a bit disappointed to hear that my weekends will be burnt though.. Well that's Army life for ya. Fucked Up!

I spent my 21st b'day doing my AIT/GCC route march and the assault course plus tekkan before getting my Khaki Beret and Guards Tab. I think year's gonna be fun too, but on a different level. I'll be the spending time with my Light Strike Vehicle doing stuffs like reversing up a slope, S course, flying off a ramp etc... Wooo... Sounds like fun..

Last Sunday i've reached yet another milestone. 200 days to ORD. As of now, it's 197 more days... Patienceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....

One last thing. I had my IPPT mock test today. Red colour indicating that i didn't do well enough to get Guards Silver. Must improve for my actual test on Fri.. Wish me luck guys!

Finally completed my ACCT package (Advance Close Combat Training) yesterday. Passed the grading as expected. So don't anyone mess with me or i'll freaking do a judo throw on u! HAHA

Short day in camp today. Gave some Indonesian army general a "joy ride" in my Light Strike Vehicle. Pretty scaring. Gotta drive down a lot of steep slopes for them to see the marvelous capabilities of my vehicle.

Booked out in the afternoon, went to Bugis to get some clothes. Speaking of clothes, i really love Topman's graphics t-shirts. They're all so nice. Damn i just wish i print notes, so i can buy ALL of them! What to do? I'm just a poor peasant. Can only afford to buy little stuff at a time :( Hopefully i can get the Corporal First Class rank soon, then I'll have more money to buy more clothes..

IPPT's next week. Gonna train hard this week.

Oh yes i forgot.. Man Utd won the Premier League!!!! WOOOOOOOOO...

I kept dreaming that Man Utd got thrashed by Arsenal 3-0. Turns out that dreams are often the opposite of reality. That's usually happens for me.

Side track a bit, i used to dream that i'll fail a certain exam paper, but in the end, i passed.

Anyway if Man Utd maintain their current form, they should be able to retain their championship.. Go United! :D

Back From R.O.C

Hey everyone. How's it going? I'm back from Taiwan after a 3 week training exercise.

Taiwan is a wonderful country with beautiful mountain ranges and loads of great food!

Anyway during this exercise, i was pushed to the max mentally. Long hours of driving is very very taxing. Driving from mission to mission usually takes 6 hours of continuous driving with a little bit rest. I've clocked over 100km during my 2 days of orientation driving and over 500km during the main brigade exercise itself. That's a hell load of distance to cover. Fortunately, there was plenty of sights to see along the way so that takes away the boredom. Those "Ninja" vans were great morale boosters. I'm missing their fried chicken cutlet and their "prata" now. Slurps.

Living conditions in our accommodation is very bad. Cramp and dusty. Ideal place for people to fall sick. Little wonder ZH got chickenpox and loads of people getting runny nose in camp(including me).

I look forward to meal times. That's because they serve mainly short grained rice ala Sushi rice for meals. That's something we don't often get in Singapore.

Well, i just have to much to say. So in short, this exercise was a tremendous success. We've achieve 0 accidents. I've managed not to loose any of my possession this time round.

I'll miss the food and most importantly the WEATHER! It's so windy and cooling there.. The weather makes air-condition totally obsolete!

I will forever have fond memories of my short time there. Now it's time to catch up with my life in Singapore!

In 11 days time, i shall depart for another foreign place; Republic of China. (not the communist china) for yet another overseas training exercise with the Serve.And.Fuckoff organization.

Having gotten my valuables stolen back in Australia, i shall bring only money. No HP or any other cards of sorts.. And i will sleep with the money tucked under my briefs! HAHAHAHA just kidding.

Anyway the past few weeks have been quite boring. There's nothing much to do in camp. Just sleep after every meal and PT almost everyday. The only thing that has kept me going (or rather all of us) is the thought of every passing day brings us closer to freedom.

Today is Sunday and i should be in church now. But, i seemed to have lost the interest in going to church. I just wanna sleep my Sunday mornings away. Where's the passion?

One last thing, the weather has been very very hot lately. I @#*(^$%$%^# hate it!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Well, i was just being cheeky by applying for NUS.. hopefully i don't get flamed by smart arse :)

Anyway long before i've applied for NUS, i've had already drawn up a list of courses that i plan to take after i finish my NS.

1. Various Business degree programs in SIM awarded by Universities like UOL, RMIT etc.

2. Bachelor of Science (IT) with double majors in Business Information Systems and Computer Science
Murdoch University

3. Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Management
University College Dublin | National University of Ireland, Dublin

4. Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Marketing
University College Dublin | National University of Ireland, Dublin

Those are my choices for now.. Still taking my own sweet time to decide.. What about you? Have u made the choice yet??

NUS Application and Supper With Phua

Today's the closing day for polytechnic diploma holders to apply for a place in the National University of Singapore. Being a poly grad, i too joined the fray; the mad rush for a place in Uni, hoping to secure a place there.

Anyway despite my abysmal poly results, i still applied for NUS because I believe that anything can happen so screw reality lah! I can always study elsewhere (SIM, APMI Kaplan..) if i don't make it. My choices are a bit weird because i hold a Diploma in Internet Computing and my choices ain't relevant to what i studied in poly.

1. Law (i'm inspired by Subhas Anandan)
2. Arts and Social Science (i like arts and social science.. duh!)
3. Computing (my forte)
4. Business Administration (i wanna be a businessman in the future)
5. Nursing (wtf.!! haha)

Went for supper at Simpang yesterday night with Phua. Omg he drove a spanking new car and it's a car that i really raved and rated. The Toyota Corolla Axio special edition.

Hopefully i can clock my 7000km mileage during NS can convert it to a civilian licence. I wanna drive a civilan car so bad!

Unhappy Rant

Went bowling at SAFRA Tampines Orchid Bowl with my cousin. Wasn't too happy with the management. I am a SAFRA member with a valid SAFRA card and yet they rejected my card cos it's the older version. They've got this fucking ridiculous rule that only members using the newer SAFRA card get to enjoy the membership bowling rates at $3.00 per game. Since my newer card got stolen back in Australia along with my wallet, i had to use my older card which was ultimately rejected.

Come on man.. There's no fucking difference between the 2 cards just that the newer one looks nicer and more sleek. It's still a membership card isn't it? Besides, it's still valid and a long way from expiry... Since i can't enjoy the priviledges, why the fuck do i sign on for a SAFRA card in the 1st place? I might as well pay public rates all the time...

I have 2 things to say about Orchid Bowl @ SAFRA Tampines;

1. The staff is so un-flexible, like a dumb ass robot.. Can't make special concessions.
2. The management is so freaking dumb by coming up with this "new card only" rule. If people like me lose the newer card, won't that make the old card obsolete? Even though it's usable....

I ended up paying $36.90. Could have been hell lot cheaper (by 80 cents per game) if i had paid by the membership rate.

Ok.. rant aside, another 297 days more to go to ORD. Time really flies...

Currently at home now, coy having nights out. Been sick a few times this month thanks to flu , or rather Guard duties. The strange thing is i always get flu when i'm doing guard duty. Perhaps I'm allergic to guard duties and thus i must be exempted from it. I WISH!

Slept the whole day after i completed my 24 hours shift of prowling. Anyway this week is gonna be another "zhuo bo" week other than driving outfield this weekend.

685 Guards ATEC next week, gonna be deployed as OPFOR.. should be fun.. get to fire blanks in auto mode again :)

Anyways, been dying to go bowling ever since i gotten hooked to it during the Brigade Family Day a few weeks back. Anyone who wants to go bowling please call me! sms, msn.. whatever it takes!

I'm craving for supper at Simpang Bedok too.. Missing the Mee Goreng Pattaya and Roti John special. Been trying to meet up PT but tough luck! Hopefully next monday....

Well well, it's that time of the lunar calendar. Everyone's favourite day cos of the red packets.

This year's CNY is definitely better than last year's. We're given 1 week off. Too bad i can't enjoy the whole week cos i've got guard duty on Thurday. (CNY day 4)

Recounting the previous CNY celebrations, it's amazing how fast time really flies.. I still remember myself as a kid collecting ang pows and munching on the new year goodies. Now i'm a full fletched man. I wished somehow we'll all stop growing. For the past 10 over years, i've been celebrating CNY with my cousins. I don't know how many more CNY's can we celebrate together because they'll eventually get married and have their own families.. So we should cherish all the time we have with our close ones.

Anyway, on the army side of stuff, i'll be departing for R.O.C (Taiwan) on the 11th of April. It'll be a 3 weeks exercise. So right after CNY, we'll commence training. That means outfield and more outfield! There'll be a lot of stuff going on leading to Ex. High Noon including SOC, section live firing and probably IPPT.

Bad new for this year is that we probably have to go to Australia again for Ex. Wallaby :( All those cleaning of stores/weapons was a NIGHTMARE!

Yesterday marks the 3rd week i've been back in Singapore from Australia. It has been memorable during my time at down under so i shall summarise my experiences there (in highs and lows).

Departed Singapore on 12th Oct (High)
Reached Rockhampton airport, has our baggage inspections (Low)
Unloaded our stores.. plus loads of shit work to do (Low)
Greeted by huge Horse Flies in our tentage (Low)
Cross country driving in Shoalwater Bay Training Area and eating lots of dust (-)
Supported 3 Guards ATEC during our 1st outfield exercise which was quite slack (High)
Supported 3 Guards under slung ops.. damn slack too (High)
Exercise Orion (High)
Wallet and Hp got stolen in camp (Low)
R n R in Rockhampton City (High)
Departure from Australia and back to Singapore on 15th Nov (High)

As you can see, there's lots of ups and downs during my time in Australia.. Life is pretty good there. We get 4 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and night snack). There also a canteen selling junk food but it's quite expensive. There's also places for us to make phone calls and surf the internet (the internet was spoilt from the 2nd week onwards), proper toilets with toilet bowls and flushing system, hot and cold water for showering. Anyway, Ex Wallaby aside, i'm looking forward to my block leave from 17th Dec to 5th Jan.. Woohoooo.. More supper sessions!

Before i forget, i'm now a Corporal which is the highest rank i can attain for my NS. The promotion was a pleasant surprise. So for the next 13 months, i shall draw higher allowance :)

I'm Going to Australia!

In a few hours time, I'll be at the airport bidding farewell to my family and friends. I'm going to Australia for Exercise Wallaby and i'll be there for 5 freaking weeks OMG! That's 4 weeks of eating dust in the Shoalwater Bay Training Area and the 5th week is just 2 days of AAR(after action review) and 2 days of RnR(rest n relax). Damn i can't wait to come back to Singapore.

Well, i'm a bit worried that i'll cock up during the missions. There's gonna be 3 under slung operations and i've forgotten how to tie the knots for rigging the vehicle.

Oh yeah.. Apparently the campsite doesn't have alot of water. Would my limited sets of clothes last me for the whole 5 weeks? Would i be able to wash them?

Argh... i think i should stop here.. it's getting more depressing with every word i type. Haha. I'll be back on the 15th of November. Hopefully i'll go there with an open mind and enjoy myself thoroughly :)

Anyway i forgot what i wanted to blog about. Grrrr... So I'm just sitting here and staring at the keyboard. The slow internet speed is driving me mad!

There's gonna be a lot of stuff happening in camp over the next few weeks leading to Ex. Wallaby. According to the training program, we're gonna have lectures, outfields, route marches as well as IPPT and SOC retests.

Hmmm that's about it. I'll be back!

Had my IPPT and ICCT test this week.

The IPPT result:
Sit Ups - 40 reps(5 points)
Chin ups - 11 reps(4 points)
Standing Broad Jump - 230cm(3 points)
Shuttle Run - 10.2 secs(4 points)
2.4km run - 11:45mins (2 points)

Those highlighted in red are the stations that i should have done better in to at least achieve a silver award. Nevertheless, I'm quite pleased to have passed because it ain't easy getting a guardman's fitness standard.

Anyway my mind's not in the right state to blog thanks to the guard duty i've just served. Shall blog another time.. Meanwhile.. should i head down to COMEX??

Slack Week

Other than our live firing on Monday, the entire week was damn slack... Fun PT on tuesday morning followed by nights out.

Went to Ayer Rajah camp on Wednesday to collect our Under-Slung stores. After that we had our basic under slug lesson conducted by 2WO Yap... then we booked out at 11pm..

Spent the next 3 days doing NDP support at the Marina Bay floating platform. I kinda enjoyed it cos it was Stay Out... haha i got to go home everyday. Saturday's NDP support was quite shitty though. We ended damn late cos we had to do this emergency evacuation drill... carried a few stretchers with a freaking heavy dummy on it... Reached home pretty late too..

Hopefully there's no NDP support next sat cos i want to hit the gym! The following sat is out of question thanks to guard duty.. :(

Hmmm.. nothing much to blog about for the past 2 weeks. Just loads of lessons and technical handling tests on General Purpose Machine Gun (GPMG) and the Automatic Grenade Launcher (AGL).

Anyway.. i've feeling extremely "sian" now... i'm sick of army life.. all the regimentations, guard duties... argh! really looking forward to ORD which is in December 2009...

for now, i'll just looking forward to receiving my pay every month...

Birthday and Khaki Beret

May 31st 2008 marks the 21st anniversary of my life as well as my completion of the grueling guards conversion aka AIT.

This week began with our 2km coastal swim at east coast park. It was fun. One thing for the sure. The seawater is quite dirty cos we can all feel itchiness and painful sensations on the skin while swimming. Did my guard duty after the swim till Tuesday morning. Had the chance to sleep the entire day on Tuesday to recovery from the swim as well as to prepare our bodies for our upcoming field camp on Wednesday.

Early Wednesday morning, we all set off for Tekong for our 3 days and 2 nights of physical and mental shit. Since this is a short and memorable field camp, i shall blog about the 3 days in full details. The field camp is also the summary of what we've learnt throughout the 1 month of our AIT.

After arriving at Tekong, we boarded our 5 tonner and travelled for about 1km before disembarking and route marched to our field camp site. Even though it's only about 3km, it was very tiring due to the weight of the field pack and the searing heat from the sun was draining everyone's energy. After lunch, we had our NAVEX (navigation exercise) which requires us to move around Tekong looking for certain trees with codes (ala checkpoints) and we're not allowed to use the main roads. Thus we had to bash through the forest to get to our objective. The forests in Tekong are quite treacherous. A lot of the trees there had thorns and i got caught in them many times. In all, we had 3 day and 2 night checkpoints and we finished closed to midnight. Did sentry during lights out. Slept from 4 to 8 am. I wasn't able to sleep well thanks to the "commando mosquitoes" constantly buzzing around my ears.

Day 2 we had our group section drills. Nothing much to write about it. It's basically 1 whole day of fire and movement drills. The weather was damn hot though.. I was on the verge of heat injury. During one of the group fire movement drills, i lost my rifle's magazine. Had to activate the nearby details to come help search for it. As the result of loosing my magazine (it was found 2 hours later), i received 1 extra(guard duty) for that. That night, we got turned out at about 12 am. We had to fall in with our full battle order. The turn out was quite sadistic. We had to kneel with our heavy field packs overhead, do push ups in our FBO etc etc. In the midst of the torture, my torch dropped out and was taken by the Officer. For that, i received another extra for loosing my torch. At about 1 plus, we were dismissed and went back to prepare to sleep. A few minutes later, we were turned out again. This one was quite short. Did some push ups then thats it. Slept at about 2 plus. As usual, couldn't sleep well due to the incessant disturbance by the mosquitoes.

Woke up at about 540am then packed up my stuff to leave the field camp site. After breakfast, we camo on (done every morning after breakfast) and left our camp site for a place where we would do our group fire movement assessment. There were 4 contact points and all went very smoothly. Soon after, we left and rested at the Tekong parade square while waiting for the fast craft to take us back to mainland. We were immediately transported to Selarang camp to rest for the entire day. At night, we had our route marched from Changi Beach to East Coast Park from about 10pm to about 4am. It was 18km (felt like more than 20km). Celebrated my b'day during the route march with my b'day song sung during the march ;) During the final 3-4km of the route march we had to carry a 5 tonner truck's tyre and march with it. When we reached East Coast Park, we got "tortured" again. This time, we had to leopard crawl on the sand, run from one point to touch another Sgt and run back in 1 min, more push ups etc. After that, we carried the tyre back to camp. Took the longer route.. damn tiring..

Back in Bedok camp, we did Australia Rapel with our FBO then we did SOC (also in FBO) and with the tyre. Straight after that, we pushed 3 light strike vehicles to the main porch of Bedok camp. From there, we had our AIT "graduation ceremony" where we received our elite guards beret and tab. It's finally over!

Booked out about 1pm... Slept the whole day till night.. then had dinner with my family.. then headed to Downtown East to celebrate Benson's 21st b'day... phew..

This is a tremendously long post by my standards...

Guards Conversion So Far...

Hello. Been back in camp for about 2 weeks already since i've completed my driving course. Had my fair share of slack and tough times...

Throughout the 2 weeks, we've done 8, 10km fast march in Full Battle Order (with timing taking, both completed in 1 hour plus), 6km endurance run, 1.5km and 2km swim, Guards PT, SAR21 familiarization shot, lots of rappelling lessons this week.

Speaking of rappelling, it was both fun and scary. Rappelling back facing down was easy. But when we had to do the "Australian Rappel", almost everyone's balls shrunk. The helicopter rappelling practicing was scary too...

The past 2 weeks have been quite tough on the legs. So much running.... It's feeling weak and blistered. Man... I need a good rest! Thats all for now.... 2 more weeks to Khaki Beret and my 21st B'day!

Finally passed my Class 3 military driving..... after 3 unsuccessful attempts. It also means that my days of staying out are almost over. I'll be going to back Bedok Camp tomorrow night to continue with my AIT aka Guards Conversion... can't wait to get my Khaki Beret and Guards Tab..

On the side note, i'll be turning 21 in 24 days.... Still pondering on how to celebrating my b'day...

My computer isn't spoilt at all. I suspect my RAMs are just faulty. But anyways, i'm able to use my own computer again. So i'm spared from the fate of "losing" another 1k plus for now.

Now my priority is to get a new phone. I want the Sony Ericsson W960i so much. But since i wanna jump ship to another Telco, i have to wait till June 13th when Number Portability is implemented then i can sign a new line without changing my current number.

Damn i need a new watch too!

Wanted: A New Computer

Haven't been able to use my computer due to it not able to run properly. Did a few tests on it. Concluded that my computer's motherboard is faulty. So, i took it to a computer repair shop nearby to confirm my test.. True enough, the motherboard is kinda spoilt (after 4 years of service and wasted 15 bucks to confirm it). Thus i'm looking to sell away the usable parts in my CPU to fund my new computer.

Since i'm on budget, i can't have the best of everything. So i drew up a list of parts which are good and not too expensive.

CPU: has to AMD! i'm a loyal AMD fanboy.
Motherboard: undecided but definitely AMD based and must have nForce...
RAM: i'll go with 4GB of ram in my future computer
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 9600GT 512 MB (cheap and good)
Hardisk: at least 2 hardisks and one of them must have 500GB in capacity.

these are the main components of a computer... the rest of the parts are not significant so i shall not mention...

probably gonna wait till the next IT fair to get my new com.. for now... i'll just have to borrow my sis's or someone elses laptop .. :S

Life in HQ 7 Singapore Infantry Brigade

Hello. I'm blogging again after a 3 week hiatus. Army life is a bit different now. I've got more hair on my head now, and it's not as regimental as it was on Tekong (don't need to wear jockey cap in public).

My 1st week in Bedok Camp was damn slack other than IPPT, 500m swim and SOC that week. Throughout the entire week, we've got plenty of time to sleep during the day cos there was a lot of admin time. We had to do lots of chin ups too before every meal (max + 6 chin ups). Oh yes, we also had our SAR 21 technical handling test. Quite fun actually.

2nd week was slack too. Did some saikang. My class 3 military driving course commenced on the 3rd of April. Got 350 questions to do everyday to prepare us for the Highway Code test.

By the 3rd week which was this week, i'm already driving on public road. Driving lesson ain't easy man. Got fucked by my instructor every single day. Oh God gimme a break! I have to endure endless insults on my intelligence, some racial taunts and a bit of physical punishment too (the bruise on my left arm is a testament to the beating i'm taking).

Currently my course is stay out, so i'll get to go home everyday. But i can't do much though cos when i reach home, i'll be damn shagged. By 11pm... i'm KO'ed....

Looking forward to completing my course soon. Right after that, i'll have my dreaded Advance Infantry Training to earn my Khaki Beret and Guards tab..

Finally the day has arrived... after 3 months of counting down, i've passed out of Basic Military Training Sch 2 on the 11th March 2008.

Spent the last 3 days rehearsing for the graduation parade. The weather hasn't been too kind. It has been pouring during all our rehearsals. So all our uniforms are drenched in rain water. The rehearsals are damn boring too. We were made to do the same things over and over again and it's pretty darn tiring too. With the graduation marks my promotion to the rank of a Private (from recruit). ;)

Overall, my BMT experience has been a good one. Got to know more people and experience some hardship. Looking forward to my next phase of military life, wherever i may go.

4 More Days

Hello all.. Just booked out thanks to the release of the A level results later..

This week has been quite good. First of all, i passed my SOC (standard obstacle course). Damn happy.. Hahaha i can do Low Rope and Jacob's ladder. Anyway it wasn't easy. I had to do 2 SOCs over 2 consecutive days. Both with the 600 metre run down. So at the end of it i was damn fucking shagged. Failed the 1st one by 9 secs on overall timing (08:39 mins). Fortunately, i managed to clear my 2nd one with a pass timing (08:19mins).

Then we had our 24km graduation route march on Wednesday. Despite the rain, the route march was pretty good. Morale was high. The only downside is that most of us ended up with abrasion on the thigh and aching muscles.

Thursday was recruits/CO's evening. Kinda boring. We've had this battle of the bands thingy and performances by SAF Music n Drama Company. We also spent the day packing up our stuffs to bring home. Hell lot of shit to carry home!!

So here i am slacking at home now. Looking forward to POP next tuesday! Finally!!!

One Step Closer

Yet another week in BMT has passed and i'm going to blog about my NS life again.

This week, i had my Naval Officer interview, 16km route march, SOC and IPPT.

The interview was pretty good. I think stand a good chance of becoming an officer. The only obstacle is my poor academic grades in poly. Right after the interview, i had to go for my 16km route march with Pegasus company. Don't know if it's a blessing or a curse. The weather went from hot to rainy. Throughout the route march, i was drench and my socks were soaked. Thus i got blisters. Anyway i felt really high after the route march because i had just completed 16km.

A couple of days later, i had my SOC test in which i failed. I didn't managed to do the Low Rope and Jacob's Ladder. Felt a bit shitty because of that.

And finally here comes our IPPT which i've just taken yesterday morning. Overall, it wasn't too bad for me. I've achieved 5 points for Chin ups and Sit ups, 3 points for Shuttle Run, Stand Broad Jump and 2.4km run. I got a Silver award for my IPPT. Hopefully this will boost my chances of getting into OCS where i can fulfill my ambition of becoming a Naval Officer.

Anyway, just 10 days left to POP. Damn excited. It seems like time really flies. Initially, i felt that my time in BMT is passing really slowly. But in the blink of an eye, i'm on the verge of passing out.

Anyway, i've decided against signing on with the Navy after much deliberating and speaking with people. Hopefully i won't regret this decision.

Nothing much left to do in BMT now except a lot of IPPT training and drills practice (for the graduation ceremony) and the final 24km route march.

Post SIT Test Life

Had my SITuational Test last Sunday. This marks the completion of all my major stuff in BMT. Now all that's left is IPPT, SOC and the 2 remaining route marches (16 and 24km).

Speaking of SIT test, it was quite tiring. The 12km route march, 4km and 2km (i did it with a stretcher cos i'm a medic), running from point to point to complete missions. It was quite physically challenging. The terrain of the roads didn't help. It was bumpy and rocky. Treacherous!

Anyway just 3 more weeks left to POP. Damn excited! So what that's left for us to do now is mostly PT and PT and PT..... We're not getting the admin time that we're scheduled to have. :(

Finally had a few days of rest from NS. I'm sure this is very helpful for my sprained ankle.

Anyway the fews days before CNY in Tekong was quite slack. A lot of admin time and some physical training.

Alot of thoughts going through my head. The most important one has to be about my future. I'm seriously pondering if i should sign on with the SAF (Navy). I've already submitted my application to be a Naval Officer. I doubt i'll get cos i don't think i'll get into Officer Cadet School. Thinking of signing on as a Specialist if i don't get to become an officer. However, most people i've asked discouraged me from signing on. I seriously have no idea what am i going to do.

I shall take somemore time to think over it.

Booking in later at 1945 hours. Another 1 week to go till the next bookout. :(

After 2 Weeks Of Confinement on Tekong

Hey readers. I'm back blogging once again. Booked out 2 days ago after spending almost 2 weeks on Tekong. I've had my 6 days field camp during the past week as well.

The field camp was ok. Rained during our 1st 2 nights. Fortunately my tent was quite sturdy, thus it managed to hold out despite the heavy rain pounding mercilessly on it. Basically everyday, we had to put our camoflauge cream on, powder bath, drink dirty water off the jerry cans and eat combat rations (i kinda like it).

Well, in the blink of an eye, another 2 weeks had gone. I'll be booking in later at 1715 hours (freaking early!!). Gonna spend another 2 1/2 days in Tekong before i book out again on Wednesday afternoon. Hopefully i won't do anything wrong to warrant a confinement during the CNY week.

Yet Another Rant

Supposed to book out on Friday night at 1800 hours. But we all got confined till Sat 1200 hours by the OC because most of us didn't bring our writing materials during the Hand Grenade Throw practice.

Did alot PT this week. We also had another IPPT this week. I managed to pass my 2.4 km run with a timing of 11.57 seconds despite carrying an ankle injury.

Enough about NS. Anyway, went i to church today. Received a shocking announcement . My Pastor (Pastor Poelmen) will be leaving us and returning to his home in the US due to his health condition. Very sad. I've always taken him for granted and now he's leaving us. On the hand, we'll be having another American pastor and this time, it's a young pastor (in his 30s).

Ok. I won't be home for another 2 weeks. So the next time i'll be out is 2nd of February. Over the next 2 weeks, i be having a lot of outfield lessons and on the 27th of Jan (which is next sunday), i'll be having my 5 days field camp plus Battlefield Inoculation Course on the 6th day.

Booked out yesterday 11th Jan 2008. Went swimming at TP. Caught up with Mrs. Rita Choo (one of my ex-lecturers who taught me Database modules) at the TP open house.

Went to gym today with Eugene and Peng Teck. Had lunch at the ITAS canteen. This is the 1st time i've seen a school canteen open on a weekend.

Anyway i've had my M-16 marksman shoot at the 100 metre range on Thursday. I know i'm a lousy shooter. Thus i prayed damn hard that i'll pass the test. I didn't do well for my day shoot, but did well for the night shoot. It helped to pull up my overall point and i passed. Phew! Thank God!

Very sleepy now as i type this entry. Gotta go sleep now cos i'm booking in damn early on Sunday morning. 0630am !!!!!!!

Past 2 Days (Summed Up)

Booked out on Thursday night at 1945 hours. We were supposed to book out at 1715 hours but due to some reason, it was delayed by 2 hours plus.... damn... Reached home at about 2120 hours. Took a quick shower then went out to catch Alien vs Predator 2. Washed my clothes when i got home.

Finished washing all my laundry by Friday morning. Went out to Carl's Junior for my lunch. Paid only 6.90 for my Western Turkey Bacon Double thanks to my $5 off discount voucher. Hung around at Peninsula Plaza with Terence who was hunting for a pair of shoes.

Went to the gym with Eugene on Saturday. Damn.. NS made me weaker! I had a bit of trouble doing the Shoulder Press which i usually do at the same weight.

Alright... my day hasn't ended yet. So i shall end off here...

New Year's Eve

Well, there won't be any New Year celebrations for me cos i'll be in Tekong doing the guard duty. Thus i guess this is my worst New Year's Day celebration ever (if there is even one).

Will be booking in later. Barely had enough time to play computer game and sleep.

Some good news. I will be booking out again on Thurs nights and rest all the way till Sunday when i will book in again.

Christmas Eve Bookout

Helloo.. I'm back once again... in one piece

Anyway, after spending close to 2 weeks on Tekong doing my PTP phase, i must say that it's fucking SIONG.... So much physical training everyday and very little rest time other than our precious admin time and sleep. So basically, we're out there doing something for more than 2/3 of the day so damn passes so damn fucking slow.

Yesterday after route march, we had a LBV (the vest with all the pouches) inspection. My Platoon Sgt checked my LBV, pulled up my utility pouch's loose end and flung my LBV to one side. We're suppose to black tape very loose ends we see; and i did just that. But so happens that during my evacuation test when i was a casualty being dragged across the basketball court, the friction from the ground caused my utility pouch's loose end to come out and i didn't know it.

For that, i will be confined in Tekong on New Year's Day doing some shit work when everyone else is at home or outside .. watching fireworks.. counting down...

Hello all.. I've been posted to the Raven Company of BMTC 2. So far, i've already 'endured' 1 week there. 7 days of physical training (running, 5BX, CPT1 and 2... etc etc) non-stop. My muscles haven't had the chance to rest completely. Thus yesterday, when i had my IPPT, i flunked my shuttle run. :(

Basically, my bunk is not bad. Nice springy bed. Just that it's a bit dusty. The food is not bad and the quantity is a lot. During the 1st 1-3 days, i had problems finishing my food. But once we started doing some serious PT, i ate a lot.

Anyway, i've been keeping a dairy during my BMT. So if anyone wants to read my shitty handwriting, just ask for it. It's got more details..

OK.. that's about.. going to play FIFA08...

Well well. I'm enlisting tomorrow morning. Time really flies...

Speaking of time, been very busy these past few days. Don't have the time to blog.

Last sunday i had a match with my team Kallangroar.com FC vs Team Dynamo. We won 3-2. As usual, i played in a defensive position (Center Back). Won a header ;) Came on as a sub to play the remaining 20 mins. The entire match was played under heavy rain... hahaha...

Recently i'm hooked to playing FIFA 08. Thus that explains why i had so little time for my other things. Hopefully i can complete my website by today or else, it's going to be a 'White Elephant'.

As some of you might have know (most probably don't know about it), i've purchased 2 website domains and i've already registered one of them.

The register domain is called JeremyYao.com..... so in other words, i own JeremyYao.com!!!!

Left it to stagnant for about a week before i finally commence work on the website design from scratch.

Had some problem with the CSS (damn i hate it), but eventually i managed to solve my problem. Ok it's now 2:19am. Time to sleep. Shall continue working on my website the next day!

It all began last saturday.. Bolton vs Man Utd. It's a match that i expected Man Utd to win. But they lost. Frustrating!!!

Then on Sunday. Tampines Rovers vs SAFFC in the Singapore Cup finals. Tampines took the lead a couple of times but ended up losing 4-3. I blame the goalkeeper of Tampines. His blunders cost Tampines of the match. I hope he gets traded away for someone else who is better.

And the final piece of bad news. I've been eyeing this DiMarzio DP102 X2N electric guitar pickup at ByLeft.net.... I even emailed them to keep a lookout on this product for me. In the end, it got sold to a fucking indonesian dude whom i think has no intention of using at all (apparently he came to the shop and brought a lot of things on the cheap).

I need something to cheer me up.

Caught the match just now for free.. thanks to a kind hearted soul who gave me a complimentary ticket.

Anyway Tampines beat Albirex 3-1. Despite all their efforts, they still finished 3rd in the S League, behind Champions SAF FC and runners up Home United.

This Sunday is the Singapore Cup Final which is held at the small ass Jalan Besar Stadium.. Hopefully i can get my tickets... *Pray

NOOOOOOO!!!.... i'm hooked to FM again and this time, its the latest release; FM 08. *gleam* *gleam*

It's pretty much the same as FM 07 just that it has a nicer interface is more detailed and has a more up to date player database. The addiction level is just the same too..

Today is the 13th of November. Exactly 1 more month to go till my enlistment date. :)

Went for the match. I was a bit pissed cos i had to pay $10 for the ticket. So bloody expensive.. KNN CCB! Screw Singapore Sports Council and FAS... those bloody greedy biatches...

Anyway Singapore won 2-0 courtesy of new "old" boy Duric (37 yrs old) who plies his trade for SAFFC. Duric grabbed his brace in the 1st half of the game... thus effectively beating the hapless Tajikistan. He should have gotten his hat trick but good attempt by the burly ex-Australian. Maybe he'll get his hat trick in the next match.. hehehe...

Kallangroar.com FC's 1st Match

Made my 1st team debut for KallangRoar.com FC on the 27th October 2007. The match was played at SAFRA Tampines at 3pm, under the searing heat.

Started the match full of energy and vigour. After about 10-15 mins, i was feeling the effects of the heat already. Fatigue was already setting in. Managed to last until the 36th min when i was substituted out. However within 3 mins, i was substituted back into the game again.

By half time (which is 45mins), i was like half dead. So i sat out for the 2nd half and was again subbed in at the 58th min where i played on for the rest of the game. As the heat was subsiding, our play got better.

Reflection: I need to close down on my opponent quicker, improve my marking and get more aggressive. I got more aggressive in the 2nd half but i should have done it from the beginning. Anyway, playing under the 3pm sun is a very bad idea.. hahahaha.. too fucking hot!

Had football training today. Haha.. ran my socks off.. I was fielded in the unfamiliar role of a defender. Not bad i think but of course there's tons to improve on.

Sad Day For The 3 Lions

Unbelievable.. England were leading 1-0 at half time. In the 2nd half, they've squandered their advantage and let in 2 goals in the space of 4 minutes. England lost 2-1 and are on the brink of elimination from the Euro 2008 qualifiers. Let's prey that Israel can hold Russia out for a draw or even snatch a win. On the other hand, England must beat Croatia to stand a chance. Highly unlikely outcome, but in football anything can happen.

Anyway this week was quite free.. No work from monday to thursday. Alright so i went swimming + tanning today. After that headed down to Peninsula Plaza to shop for my football gear. Brought a black Nike football shorts and a really nice black + golden stripes Adidas shoe bag. Up next on my shopping list: Football boots, Socks, maybe shin guard..

Ok.. someone (i shall not name) complained to me that the old lady i mentioned in my previous post on Tremors in her grandmother. Apparently she got so pissed, she deleted off her msn list (again).

I am not in a apologetic mood because i strongly feel that i've not done anything wrong. Firstly, how the hell would i know that its her granny that i'm furiously ranting about? If anyone watches that interview, i think the 1st reaction would be "oh man... this lady is overreacting.."

Next thing, this is my personal blog. So erm if you don't like it, u don't have to come here. If u dont like what i write, there is not a God damn thing u can do about it because this is the Internet and everyone is free to express their own opinion. Freedom of speech right? If u rant about me i won't do anything because its your opinion and i respect the fact that its yours.

All my posts have been moderated before posting. Thus u don't see much profanities. If i lift the self-imposed censorship, i guarantee u that all hell will break loose. Besides that, i'm very careful with what i write. Have u ever seen me blog about stuffs of racist nature?

An Incident

Was in office doing my work. Then i heard 2 men squabbling downstairs. So being a typical "kaypoh" singaporean, i went to take a look.

There is Car A and Car B. Apparently, Car B had knocked down Car A's licence plate. So both drivers came out to settle the matter. Car B's driver reacted very angrily to this situation even though he was the one in the wrong (knocked down Car B's licence plate while reversing). Car A's driver was timid like a mouse. I never saw him hit back. Perhaps he was remaining calm and quiet, trying to prevent this accident from blowing out of proportion, averting a disaster. So Car B's driver was lashing out at Car A's driver and writing down something on his notebook (wtf???) Eventually things died down and it was peaceful again.

I really think the world has gone upside down. Why the hell is the one in the wrong reprimanding the innocent one? That piece of shit driver......

On the side note, the damaged licence plate number is 4848... hehe

Tremors in Singapore

Didnt know about it until i've watched the news. Anyway i have some things to say about Singaporeans. YOU SUCK!. Sometimes, i'm embarrassed to be one.

During the news, they interviewed a lady in her 60's presumably. Well, apparently she experienced the tremor and she was scared shitless! HAHA. She said things like "I'm so scared that my heart was beating very fast" HAHAA OMG. C'mon you old hag... it's only a small tremor. What happens if she's in countries like Japan, Taiwan or even Indonesia? I bet she'll probably get freaked out so bad that she'll commit suicide or something. What a disgrace!

Besides that, i think Singaporeans really like to make a fuss over small things. It's only a small tremor and they have to call the police. What a waste of public resource. What happens if a crime had taken place and someone urgently needs to make a report and can't get through? Sometimes i really feel that Singaporean are acting without going through their brains..

Hahaha... i guess that's what that makes Singapore unique... The Singapore Spirit!

Spent the day at home doing my usual stuff...

Went to a vegetarian restaurant called "Happy Realm" to celebrate ZhiQiang's birthday. Got to meet his family and friends.

After the dinner, ZQ's clique and i hung about at CHIJMES for a drink...... Ok that pretty much sums up my 4th September 2007.

By the way, while tanning at the pool today, i saw the Halo around the sun. It's only visible when seen through the sunglasses. Coool....

Anyway, went home to eat for lunch then hang out with Daniel at COMEX. It was freaking crowded as usual. Didn't buy anything from there though i did find when and where i can get my 1GB DDR400 RAM. Hung around Suntec, brought some stuff..

Went over to Daniel's place to sort his computer up.

And finally Aston Villa beating Chelsea 2-0 which made my day :)

Life After SIP

I've completed my SIP (attachment) about 3 days back on the 16th August. Time really flies. With that, i've also unofficially graduated from Temasek Poly.

My post-poly life is gonna be very ordinary. I'm still gonna continue working and earning some pocket money, take a break here and there, errr... go shopping... go on a exercise rampage.. go clubbing... take my advanced theory... etc

Above all, i'm looking forward to wearing that green camo uniform of the SAF ;) Hope my enlistment letter comes quickly.. so i can stop worrying about when i'll get my arse in..

Russell Lee on Aliens

I was at Times Bookshop after work browsing at some books. True Singapore Ghost Story book 16 caught my eyes. So i picked it up, look at the cover. Cool, Russell Lee is actually writing up about Aliens. So i flipped to the page on aliens that Russell Lee wrote about. Right from the beginning was about the research that Russell had done about aliens. He mentioned Roswell, Area 51, Heaven's Gate Cult, alleged sightings in Malaysia, news reports about unknown bright cigar shaped object over Singapore which was featured in the news and even his own personal "sightings"

However, there is a twist at the end of all this. Despite writing so much about Aliens and UFOs, at the end of the write up on that, Russell Lee actually says he does not believe in the existence of aliens and UFOs and that we're indeed alone in this universe (which i was convinced at first that Russell was promoting the existence of aliens). The reason behind Russell's belief was a "Spiritual Warfare" that is taking place on Earth. He believes that all these phenomenals are caused by evil spirits (think casting out of Satan from heaven with 1/3 of the angels). Haha. Based on Russell's other researches (including this, check out his other books) i think he's probably a Christian.

At the end of all these reading, i'm very glad with Russell Lee's stance because i share his belief. Hopefully this book will convince those people who thinks that "we're not alone" in this universe.

Another great news. The Iraqi national football team has just beaten one of the tournament favourites Saudi Arabia to lift the 2007 edition of the Asian Cup. Hopefully this will relive some tension among the Iraqis bring along more peace in the country.

Got back from church only to find out that my cousin/relative has just passed away in the morning Oh man. He's such a nice guy, always flirting with danger. He once broke his leg in NS, fell down a 8 storey high cliff while doing rock climbing. When we talked, he's always joking around. Haha. It's such a pity he succumbed to Dengue Fever. Damn why did God even create killer mozzies in the 1st place?

Anyway "Ah Yan" as he's affectionately known as, i'll miss you. This post is dedicated to him.

Ok. I've been scouting around for courses and institutes where i can further my studies after my NS... and i saw what i like:

Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing and Information Systems - Full-time
awarded by University of London

@ Singapore Institute of Management.

It's similar to what i've done in Poly so it's gonna be quite pretty ok i guess. And i'll only need to spend about 1 to 1.5 yrs in Uni (advanced standings)

Ok.. i'm going to apply for this course as soon as i get my Diploma.

Cometh The Hour

In just over 48 hours, I'll be reaching yet another milestone in my life. I'll be turning 20. Well, every year has been pretty much the same so i guess this year's not much different from the previous years.

Many hopes and wishes. I hope to get my driving license, achieve a new level of maturity(mentally), become smarter(hehe..), get even fitter, earn more money (who doesn't?), become more accomplished in guitar, take up more musical instruments, become damn pro in roller blading, travel the globe, end my SIP soon, and basically enjoy success in whatever i do.

Man Utd lost the F.A cup match

Jeremy went to sleep.

That was last Saturday for me. Woke up the following morning (quite late) and made my way to church alone. Typical sleepy church service. Went home after church to binge on computer games namely Command and Conquer 3. Damn the last mission for GDI is freaking tough. Getting whacked left right and centre by NOD and those alien scumbags The Scrin. Ended up using this "Tiberium Bomb" thingy and annihilated myself, along with the enemies. Darn, 2 tries already and i still haven't completed that mission. Blah... Ok.. So i gave up and continued chatting on msn. Then i went running. Continued "msning" after my run. Not forgetting my dinner. "MSNed" after dinner, played abit of Pro Evo Soccer 5 then went to bed....... time is 1:30am...

That completes my typical weekend.
